Hydro Contest Technical Team began at the 2022 ICPC Asia-East Continent Final as the technical support team for that event. Its members brought experience from technical teams across ICPC Asia and continued to work on regionals, invitationals, provincial contests, and focused challenges.
The team understands the complete technical path from preparation through post-contest delivery. Its work includes judging platforms, workstation images, networks and permissions, scoreboard and balloon systems, broadcasts and venue displays, award ceremonies, volunteer coordination, result exports, and code-similarity checks.
Continuous onsite experience across regional contests helps the team identify commonly missed preparation work and assign incidents clearly during the contest. For first-time hosts, the team also helps establish equipment, staffing, and onsite operating procedures.

Contests supported
Over the past three years, the team has supported most ICPC regional sites in Asia East, along with finals, invitationals, provincial contests, and industry challenges.
For first-time hosts and established events alike, share the contest scale, venue, and platform early enough for equipment, network, and staffing plans.
